Preface:
For my Multi-Genre Project, I wanted to research a topic that I am greatly interested in, which was fashion. Especially, I like reading magazines and also after watching the movies and TV shows dealing with the job of a fashion magazine editor, I wanted to find out what are the jobs of a fashion magazine editor and how to become a fashion magazine editor. So the key question I chose was "How to become a fashion magazine editor," because I thought most people might have a general idea of what the duties of a fashion magazine editor are. While going through this wikipage, you will know that how it is difficult to become a fashion magazine editor and the qualities that a fashion magazine editor should have.
Introduction to Genre 1: Research Paper
This first Genre is a research paper that will provide information to fully understand my three other genres. I will suppose that I am the most famous fashion magazine editor in the world and try to explain how to become a fashion magazine editor, and the qualities and personality traits people might need when they are trying to become a fashion magazine editor. This will help readers understand my project easier because this is first person point of view which will be easier to understand than the research paper. Also it is not as boring as the research paper!
Introduction to genre 3: My last genre is an advertisement using a poster. This advertisement is posted by a new fashion magazine company looking for new fashion magazine editors. This advertisement includes how the applications are going to be collected and also they are looking for new assistants. This will help readers understand my answer to the key question easier because it is more interesting for it is a visual work.

Before I started this project, I thought that becoming a fashion magazine editor was easy if you are good at writing. But having a good writing style was not all about a fashion magazine editor. Throughout this project, I learned that there are two common ways to become a fashion magazine editor, and the qualities that a fashion magazine editor should have.
